PDI builds on experiences of the Directors and Associates to make Projects happen. The reference to Projects is in the broadest sense as the work we have addressed over the years as individuals or as a team covers most things from engineering and Project Management in the Oil and Gas Industry through to arrangement of debt and equity financing of major projects.

As a team PDI has addressed a number of initiatives and the following summarises the type of work  addressed in the past 3 years:

• Evaluation of an FPSO business and due diligence support for potential buyer

• Development of Technical and Financial package for marginal North Sea fields

• Development in JV  of an Exploration and Production project in Newfoundland, Canada

• Financing of an oil & gas development in Nigeria including technical management of contractors.

• Development of a Business acquisition package for offshore drilling rigs

• Trouble shooting of International Business subsidiaries on behalf of a Parent Group

• Support in establishing an Offshore and Subsea engineering company in Nigeria

• Business and Project development support for ERS as they develop SIDOX, enhanced oil recovery technology

• Identification and facilitation of business acquisition opportunites for a dynamic global offshore technology company
